Lower School Girls Run 5K with Girls On the Run

On Saturday 10 girls from Maharishi Lower School ran 5 kilometers with over 400 others with the Girls on the Run program in Cedar Rapids. The girls met twice weekly for 10 weeks to train with Rebecca Bellonci, Juliet Jarmosco, Liza Saturley and other volunteers. Maharishi School Junior High soccer team (2-0) defeated Fort Madison Monday 8-1. Shawn Spurrier and Chaysten Titus led the pioneers with 3 goals each. Maharishi School Boys Make Major Contribution to Soccer Win

Maharishi School and FHS have joined forces for Fairfield soccer. The Fairfield boys’ soccer team shutout the Fort Madison Bloodhounds 2-0 Tuesday.
