Teams of students in grades 1-12 planted 34 trees on the school grounds for shade and fruit. The Branching Out Tree Partnership is a a collaboration between Trees Forever, Alliant Energy and Fairfield's Sustainability Program to lower the city's energy usage. Students, teachers and administration had a great time while working and learning together!
